Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-participation in educational sessions concurrent with the training sessions of this study Informed consent of participants to take part in the research Obtaining low scores on the sleep quality and illness adjustment questionnaires based on the cutoff scores. Obtaining high scores on the worry questionnaire based on the cutoff score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence from more than 2 intervention sessions Concurrent use of psychiatric medications during this treatment Not participating in other psychological interventions To be diagnosed with a pervasive disorder

Worry. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: The Penn State Worry Questionnaire (PSWQ).;Sleep Quality. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test. Method of measurement: The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).;Illness Adjustment. Timepoint: Measurements will be conducted at pre-test, post-test, and three-month follow-up after the post-test.
