Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obtaining informed consent from the patient's guardian Age 18-70 years No history of lung disease No prohibitions on performing oral hygiene care Not having diseases that weaken the immune system No history of allergy to herbal ingredients No history of chemotherapy Under mechanical ventilation for less than 48 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of any allergic reactions such as fever, urticaria(hives) Replacement of the endotracheal tube or extubation of the patient before the completion of the study Transition to another section Informed consent from the guardian to continue the study. Performing tracheostomy before completing the intervention. Incidence of pulmonary aspiration during the study death of the patient
