25 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 25 and 50 years Being married with at least one year of marital life Experiencing emotional divorce (based on high score in emotional divorce questionnaire) Residency in Ahvaz city Ability to regularly attend therapy sessions No severe psychiatric disorders (based on clinical interview) Signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having severe psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis Taking psychiatric medications Concurrent participation in other psychotherapy programs Inability to regularly attend therapy session

MeasureTime frame
Empathy score in the Empathy Index Questionnaire. Timepoint: 1 month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Marital Discord Questionnaire and self-report.
