Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: Participants must be between 20 and 50 years old. Work Experience: Participants must have at least 3 years of work experience in a noisy environment (above 95 dB). Hearing Loss: Participants should have a mild degree of occupational hearing loss. Willingness to Participate: Workers must be willing and prepared to participate in the study and follow instructions. Physical Health Status: Workers must be in good physical health. No Second Job: Participants should not have a second job.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent Supplement Use: Participants who have consumed Vitamin C, zinc supplements, or any supplement containing these compounds for any reason within the past two months are excluded. Hearing Health: Participants must not have any per-existing hearing conditions such as congenital hearing loss, chronic ear infections, or other hearing disorders. Medical History: Participants must not have a history of kidney stones, thalassemia (minor or major), advanced liver diseases (cirrhosis, necrosis), advanced cardiovascular problems (heart failure), or cancer. obacco, Alcohol, and Ototoxic Drug Use: Participants must not be current users of tobacco (cigarettes) or alcohol.
