Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergic reaction to PRP or blood products Intraoperative conversion to open surgery Withdrawal of consent at any time

MeasureTime frame
Quality of surgical port site scars following laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Timepoint: At 1 , 3 and 6 month postoperatively. Method of measurement: Scar quality will be assessed using the Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) and, if feasible, the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS), by an assessor blinded to group allocation.
