| Self-differentiation: The foundation of Bowen's theory is both an intrapsychic and interindividual concept of differentiation. Much like ego strength, self-differentiation is the capacity for thought and reflection, not to automatically respond to internal or external emotional pressures. In this study, self-differentiation is the score that each individual obtains on the Self-Differentiation Questionnaire by Skowron and Frylander (1998). Timepoint: In this design, subjects were measured before the independent variable was implemented (pre-test), then the experimental intervention or independent variables were applied. After that, subjects were measured again. Finally, after one month of the post-test, both groups were measured again to examine the continuity of the intervention effect on the experimental group. In this study, short-term solution-focused therapy was implemented in 8 90-minute group sessions based on the standard protocol of Deshazer and Berg (1997). Method of measurement: The measurement tool will include: The revised DSI R questionnaire, the initial form of which was developed by Skowron and Frylander (1998) and revised in 2003 by Skowron and Smith.;Relationship beliefs: The belief or mindset that a couple has about their marital relationship and accepts it as reality. Relationship beliefs in this study were the scores that each couple obtained on the Relationship Beliefs Questionnaire by Eidelson and Epstein (1982).
