Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employment in the nursing profession on a contractual, official, contractual or corporate basis Having at least two years of nursing experience Ability and willingness to use virtual networks to receive teachings

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to cooperate in the study Participating in routine patient education classes in the last 6 months (excluding the initial education period)

Nurses' skills in implementing patient education. Timepoint: Measuring the skill of nurses in implementing patient education at the beginning of the study (one week before the intervention) and at the end of the study (one week after the educational intervention). Method of measurement: To assess the nurses' skills in providing appropriate and appropriate patient education, the "Assessment of Patient Education Implementation Skills" checklist will be used. This checklist consists of 14 questions designed to assess the nurses' skills in implementing patient education. This checklist is designed to be answered by a third party. This checklist was designed and prepared by reviewing various scientific sources and the opinions of 10 nursing professors. Participants' responses are categorized as "yes" and "no" answers, and each participant will receive a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 14 points from this checklist.	—
