Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: Women between 18 and 45 years old Women must have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) diagnosed according to the Rotterdam criteria and by a gynecologist. Having some degree of anxiety as per the Beck Anxiety Inventory (score of 8 or higher), indicating at least mild levels of anxiety. Participants must enter the study with full awareness of the study conditions and their rights (informed consent form). Women who gave birth more than 6 months ago. Must not be pregnant at the start of the study. Absence of major stress in the past 6 months, such as loss of family members or divorce. Absence of any medical illness or problem that would affect the participants' mental or physical status. Absence of known mental health issues such as severe depression or anxiety disorders requiring independent treatment, or the use of psychotropic medications.
