Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parental consent, Children in first to third grade of elementary school, ages 7-9 Normal intelligence at an average level, No significant sensory (vision and hearing) or motor deficits Having the required score to enter the research based on the scales of the current research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete completion of questionnaires, Absence of more than two meetings Doubts about meeting any of the inclusion criteria during the intervention Undergoing other medical procedures The individual's dissatisfaction is at any stage of the intervention.

The content and techniques used in the intervention sessions were adapted from clinical experiences and research-therapeutic documentation and from specialized sources of art therapists such as Landgarten (2013; translated by Hashemian and Abu Hamzeh, 2017); Liebman (2015; Zadeh Mohammadi and Tavakoli, 2017); Sherwood (2014; Etemadi, 2015), and the children in the first experimental group underwent intervention weekly during 10 40-minute sessions. Timepoint: Elementary schools. Method of measurement: In this study, descriptive statistical methods (mean and standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis) and inferential methods (Shapiro and Wilk test, multivariate analysis of covariance) were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version.
