Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are candidates for bilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA). Referral to Erfan-Niyayesh, Erfan-Saadat Abad, or Farhikhtegan Hospitals in the year 2025 Obtained informed consent for participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of prior hip surgery. Incomplete or missing patient records
