Primary

MeasureTime frame
In this study, the positive and negative affect refer to the scores obtained from the short version of the International Thompson's Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) in cardiac patients. Timepoint: Baseline (T0): Administered prior to the first session.Post-intervention (T1): Conducted immediately after the completion of the 8th session.Follow-up (T2): Administered one month post-intervention to assess the long-term sustainability of the outcomes. Method of measurement: Thompson's Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS).;The variable of hope, as one of the primary outcomes of the study, will be operationalized through the total score derived from the Snyder Hope Scale (1991). Timepoint: Baseline (T0): Administered prior to the first session.Post-intervention (T1): Conducted immediately after the completion of the 8th session.Follow-up (T2): Administered one month post-intervention to assess the long-term sustainability of the outcomes. Method of measurement: Hope will be assessed using the 12-item Snyder Hope Scale (1991). It will measure agency and pathways thinking on a 4-point Likert scale. Data will be collected at baseline, post-session 8, and follow-up. The questionnaire will be administered digitally via the Porsline platform, and a research assistant will be available to provide technical support.
