Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of PCOS based on the Rotterdam criteria, which includes at least two of the three criteria: oligo- or anovulation, clinical or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovarian morphology on ultrasound. No use of hormonal drugs and antioxidant supplements in the past three months , being under IVF treatment and having written consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute inflammatory diseases with CRP greater than 10 mg/L, type 1 or 2 diabetes with fasting blood sugar greater than 126 mg/dL, and autoimmune diseases. Concomitant use of antioxidant supplements, pregnancy, or breastfeeding History of cancer, severe liver or kidney disease, and use of anti-inflammatory drugs
