Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least six months have passed since the subjects developed diabetes. Subjects must have been taking metformin for at least six months. 3- Their HbA1C is 6.5% or higher. Body mass index between 227 and 35 kg/m2, fasting 5-glucose of the subjects equal to or greater than 126 mg/dL, and 5-triglyceride greater than 150 mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue collaborating in research Dietary supplements and weight loss Irregular participation in exercise programs Insulin injection Pregnancy or breastfeeding for women Injury Having any underlying disease (autoimmune, digestive, liver, thyroid diseases, and unstable heart disease) Severe respiratory diseases (such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, etc.) Taking any vitamin, mineral, or other nutritional supplements Any skin or digestive allergy to propolis, honey, or any herbal product.
