Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health status: No metabolic diseases, no cardio-respiratory diseases, no history of diabetes, no musculoskeletal and joint injuries. Other conditions: No participation in regular sports activities in the last six months, no continuous consumption and habit of alcoholic beverages, no smoking, no use of anti-obesity drugs, no use of anabolic steroids and any sports and fat-burning supplements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age range outside the specified limit. Number of absences more than 3 sessions in training. Suffering from musculoskeletal and joint injuries in a way that disrupts the performance of sports activities and endangers the health of the participant. Suffering from metabolic or cardiorespiratory disease that threatens the health of the participant. Taking medical medications that affect the person's metabolic process. Taking any sports supplements and fat burners.
