Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: This group is given 40 mg of megestrol tablets for 21 days. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: This group is given one Desoseptiv tablet daily for 21 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age range of 20 to 40 years old Consent to participate in the study Having a functional ovarian cyst Having a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Positive B-HCG test The patient's hemodynamic status becomes unstable due to ruptured cyst or ovarian torsion and the need for emergency surgical intervention. Electrolyte disturbances of potassium and sodium Lack of consent and cooperation to continue participating in the study pregnancy breast feeding

MeasureTime frame
Changes in cyst size in sonography. Timepoint: Monthly. Method of measurement: Transvaginal sonography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure. Timepoint: Monthly. Method of measurement: Blood pressure monitor (sphygmomanometer).
