Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome Women who are candidates for ovarian stimulation and IUI treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Drug sensitivity to letrozole, tamoxifen, metformin, gonadotropins presence of any other pathology that has led to infertility in the patient or their partner. Liver or kidney dysfunction Diabetes mellitus type one or two Thyroid dysfunction Congenital adrenal hyperplasia Abnormal hysterosalpingography

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in follicle size. Timepoint: The third, seventh, and twelfth days of the menstrual cycle. Method of measurement: Trans vaginal sonography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy incidence. Timepoint: At least 14 days after ovulation. Method of measurement: Pregnancy diagnosis will be based on ultrasound and ß-HCG titer levels.
