Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Living with wife Iranian nationality Age range of 20 to 45 years BMI = 19.8 _ 26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Addiction to alcohol, cigarettes and drugs History of mental disorders, radiation therapy, urogenital diseases such as varicocele, and various types of cancer Allergy to herbal medicines Hypothyroidism (contraindications for alyssum) presence of any other pathology that has led to infertility in the patient or his partner.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Sperm morphology. Timepoint: Before intervention and 12 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: semen analysis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy rate. Timepoint: At least 14 days after unprotected intercourse. Method of measurement: BHCG test for the wife.
