Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (18 to 35 years old) who have not had a pregnancy after 12 months of unprotected intercourse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Drug allergy to letrozole, tamoxifen, estradiol, or omega-3 presence of any other pathology that has led to infertility in the patient or his partner. Liver or kidney dysfunction Diabetes mellitus (type one or two) Thyroid dysfunction Congenital adrenal hyperplasia Abnormal hysterosalpingography

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ovulation rate in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Timepoint: Measurement of the number and size of follicles will be performed via transvaginal ultrasound on days 3, 7, and 12 of the menstrual cycle. Method of measurement: trans vaginal sonography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pregnancy incidence. Timepoint: At least 14 days after ovulation. Method of measurement: Pregnancy diagnosis will be based on ultrasound and ß-HCG titer levels.
