Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years Cancer patients who require anthracyclines during their treatment Patients considered high-risk according to the ESC2022 Cardio-Oncology Guidelines
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient's unwillingness to participate in the study Inability to measure parameters due to poor view Patients who cannot tolerate ranolazine (patient non-compliance, side effects) Liver disease Liver and kidney disease with GFR <30
