Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working in the emergency department Nurses with at least one year of clinical experience or more Willingness to participate in a training program Access to the internet Access to a computer or mobile phone Nurses with Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to participate in the educational intervention program Participation in other similar training and empowerment programs in the field of stroke triage during the intervention The failure to fill in the questionnaire
