Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with at least one site with Miller Class I, II, or III gingival recession No root surface restoration at the site of gingival recession No history of root coverage surgery at the target site
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of a debilitating systemic disease or any condition that significantly affects periodontal tissues (such as uncontrolled diabetes). Inability to maintain oral hygiene with at least 80% of plaque-free surfaces. Smoking and alcohol consumption.

| Percentage of recession reduction. Timepoint: Baseline, 2 weeks, 2 months, and 6 months post-intervention. Method of measurement: Clinically, gingival recession is measured using a Williams periodontal probe from the cementoenamel junction to the gingival margin at the gingival zenith. The percentage of recession reduction after the intervention is calculated relative to the baseline recession.;Percentage of patients achieving complete root coverage. Timepoint: Baseline, 2 weeks, 2 months, and 6 months post-intervention.
