Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female gender Having age more than 18 years old Having Refractory Functional Constipation diagnosis based on Rome IV criteria including 1) Presence of Chronic Constipation at least for six months and 2) Failure to respond to common treatments for Constipation Presence of Defecation Disorder confirmed by at least two of the following tests: 1) Anal Manometry, 2) Balloon Expulsion Test and 3) Defecography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from uncontrolled Diabetes Use of Opioids History of pelvic or abdominal surgery in last six months Diagnosis of Constipation caused by severe Pelvic Anatomical Disorder Pregnancy or Childbirth with in the past six months Use of Tricyclic Antidepressants Use of Iron or Calcium supplements Use of Anticonvulsants and Psychiatric Medications Suffering from Parkinson's Disease Suffering from Multiple Sclerosis Suffering from Kidney or Liver Failure Suffering from Stroke and Spinal Cord Injury Suffering from Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism

The Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory Questionnaire Score. Timepoint: The day prior to the intervention initiation and the day following the completion of the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: The Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory Questionnaire.
