35 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, defined as having more than two fasting glucose measurements above 126 mg/dL and HbA1c levels higher than 5.6%, under medical supervision at the time of the study Age between 35 and 50 years No musculoskeletal disorders Sedentary lifestyle (less than one hour of physical activity per week) Willingness to participate in the study No cardiovascular diseases No metabolic conditions limiting physical activity No hypertension No history of regular physical activity in the past six months Not receiving insulin therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antihypertensive and lipid-lowering medications Severe diabetes complications (e.g., proliferative diabetic retinopathy, stage 3 or overt nephropathy, diabetic ketoacidosis, or severe diabetic neuropathy) Hereditary glucose and galactose malabsorption or renal glycosuria
