Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with ER, PR positive, HER2 negative invasive breast cancer or pathological axillary lymph node metastasis or T3 or T4 primary tumor below 18 years old Karnofsky functional status index of at least 80 Not pregnant or breastfeeding Have a disproportionate TUMOR TO BREAST RATIO

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients if there was clinical or imaging evidence of distant metastases prior to study entry History of cancer in the past 5 years Pre-existing bone disease that may require targeted bone therapy Have a serum creatinine concentration greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal Any problems with your mouth or teeth Current or recent (past year) use of bisphosphonates
