Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Parental consent for the infant's participation in the study -Premature newborn near term, 32 to 37 weeks of gestation -Baby's birth weight 2000 grams or more -Need to be transferred from the operating room or delivery block to the NICU - Consent of the attending physician for the infant's participation in the study - The mother is not addicted to drugs. -The baby does not need respiratory support. -The baby does not have heart problems. - Absence of anomalies in the baby's abdomen, spine, and head

Exclusion criteria: Parents not present during transfer of baby to NICU Babies with low Apgar

| Vital signs include: temperature using a portable incubator probe to measure the incubator temperature and using a digital thermometer to measure the baby's axillary body temperature. Arterial oxygen saturation (O2 Sat) using a pulse oximetry probe attached to the baby's arm or leg and measuring the percentage of oxygen in the arterial blood .Blood pressure refers to the use of a baby blood pressure cuff. The heart monitoring device is attached to the baby's right arm and measured. Respiratory rate refers to the number of baby's breaths, which is counted by counting the movement of the abdomen up and down in one minute. Heart rate refers to the number of times the baby's heart beats, which is counted in one minute using a stethoscope on the left side of the chest. Pain symptoms, stress symptoms. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 10 to 15 minutes after the intervention is completed. Method of measurement: Vital signs measurement tools: digital temperature, mercury sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, pain questionnaire, stress questionnaire. | — |
