Interventions

Intervention group: Participants will receive TMS at five different stimulation intensities (100%, 120%, 140%, 160%, and 180% of resting motor threshold, RMT) across five separate sessions.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Availability for All Study Sessions Current non-use of neuroplasticity-affecting medications (e.g., antidepressants, psychotropics) Absence of TMS contraindications (e.g., history of epilepsy or seizure disorders) No recent strength training (within the past 12 months) or presence of neuromuscular disorders

Motor Evoked Potentials. Timepoint: Motor evoked potentials (MEPs) were recorded using TMS under four randomized conditions: rest, biceps brachii (BB) activation, triceps brachii (TB) activation, and simultaneous BB-TB co-contraction. Method of measurement: Magstim Rapid 2 stimulator (Magstim Co., UK).;Pre-stimulus EMG. Timepoint: Pre-stimulus EMG were recorded using TMS under four randomized conditions: rest, biceps brachii (BB) activation, triceps brachii (TB) activation, and simultaneous BB-TB co-contraction. Method of measurement: Through the EMGMV6000 device.
