Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female student in the second grade of elementary school A score lower than the mean on the Social Adjustment and Academic Optimism questionnaires Student satisfaction with participating in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Completion of any educational and therapeutic course concurrently with the research Diagnosis of acute psychiatric disorders and severe chronic diseases

Social adaptation. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after two months, i.e. after the last intervention session. Method of measurement: Social Adjustment Questionnaire (1953).;Academic optimism.
