Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being between 20 and 45 years old Having a child diagnosed with autism Consent to participate in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having more than one child with autism Having a significant physical problem that would interfere with the research process. Diagnosis of acute psychological illnesses (such as psychoses) Learning resilience-based training in the past year
