Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Marriage duration of maximum 5 years Minimum education Diploma Willingness to participate in the research Obtaining above-average scores on marital conflict questionnaires Obtaining below average scores in distress tolerance Couples aged between 20 and 40
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a serious physical or mental illness Participating in other psychotherapy sessions at least one month before the research

Method of measurement: The research tool will include the Distress Tolerance Questionnaire by Simmons and Gaher (2005).;Rumination. Timepoint: 1. Pre-test (before the start of the intervention) 2. Post-test (immediately after the end of the intervention period) 3. One-month follow-up after the intervention.
