Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having bipolar disorder Age range 18 to 40 years Informed consent and willingness to participate in the research process Not receiving any psychological treatment for the control group Not receiving any other psychological treatment in addition to participating in the research for the experimental group

Exclusion criteria: Exacerbation of the disease condition due to therapeutic interventions Occurrence of a specific event, such as another chronic physical illness
