Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 18-21 years Having a basic education level higher than the third grade of primary school No history of psychiatric or medical illness requiring medication Not taking psychoactive drugs regularly

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of psychiatric hospitalization Attending counseling and psychotherapy sessions other than the intervention Irregular attendance in sessions
