Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range between 20 and 50 years Diagnosis of epilepsy based on psychiatric history Willingness and consent to participate in research Not having a physical problem or severe mental disorder that would prevent participation in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergoing concurrent psychotherapy or other counseling sessions
