Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA Class 1-3 Patients with Motor force > 4
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiac conduction diseases and 2nd and 3rd degree heart blocks Unstable cardiac arrhythmias Uncontrolled hypertension Advanced liver and kidney disease Various neuromuscular and psychiatric diseases Obese patients with BMI>35 Patients with ASA Class 4 Patients with coagulopathy and anemia with Hb<10g/dl Patients with a history of long-term and chronic alcohol consumption Patients with contraindications to MEP monitoring (including: cortical lesion, intracranial electrode, cardiac pacemaker, vascular clips, epilepsy) Acute spinal cord injury
