Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 years or older Provided informed consent to participate in the study Diagnosed by a specialist physician as requiring permanent hemodialysis No signs of psychosis (no history or self-reported thoughts or attempts of suicide) No use of psychiatric medications No history of receiving psychological treatment before or during the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of kidney transplantation Presence of psychiatric disorders (such as depression) or physical conditions that prevent participation in the sessions.
