Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: shoulder impingement syndrome diagnosed with sonography positive hawking test positive neer test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of injection in or around the shoulder joint within the past 3 months Proven rotator cuff tear by ultrasound or MRI Diabetes Infectious arthritis Fracture Uncontrolled hypertension Collagen vascular diseases Concurrent radiculopathy (cervical radiculopathy) Pregnancy gout coagulopathy and anticoagulant agents peripheral nerve injury systemic infectious disease shoulder joint replacement allergic and Drug sensitivity
