Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research People over 18 years old Candid heart surgery is non-emergency Be fluent in Persian language Being literate in reading and writing and communicating
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamic instability of the patient Unwillingness to continue participating in research Having a history of heart surgery Use of neuropsychiatric drugs Receiving psychological services in the last 3 months History of receiving training in Peplau's theory of interpersonal relationship
