Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Skeletal Class III malocclusion due to maxillary deficiency who have undergone maxillary advancement surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age over 40 years Maxillofacial Malformation lip and palate cleft Maxillofacial fracture following trauma History of Rhinoplasty Need for maxillary impaction Systemic diseases and dermatological disorders that affect the tissues and appearance of the face severe facial asymmetry multi piece lefort 1 osteotomy
