Exclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study and informed consent No history of psychiatric disorder or other chronic illnesses No substance abuse. Having a child with autism.

Improving self-compassion and mental health in mothers of autistic children. Timepoint: Training within one month, two sessions per week. Method of measurement: By completing questionnaires.
