Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Efficacy of subcision in treatment of leishmania scar. Timepoint: Subcision use at the beginning of the visit and one and two months later and examining the response to treatment one and three months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: recording of changes with digital photography in each session, scoring of scar changes based on the standard scar scoring system called modified Manchester Scar Scale (MSS) according to the proposal table by two blind dermatologists, a score between 5 and 18 is given to the changes of scars, also the evaluation of the patients using a questionnaire that is scored from dissatisfied, relatively satisfied, and completely satisfied, and the data will be analyzed in spss software.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Leishmania scar changes following the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and human placenta extract (HPE). Timepoint: Injection 3 times at the beginning of visit and one and two months later and record the changes one and three months after the end of the intervention.
