Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of acne vulgaris by a dermatologist, hair and beauty specialist Consent to participate in the study and signing of an informed consent form by the parent and adolescent Adolescent aged 12 to 18 years The first child with acne vulgaris in the family The first experience of acne vulgaris in adolescence Simultaneously obtaining a score of 8 or more on the Beck Anxiety Inventory and a score of 15 or less on the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from another chronic disease Presence of mental and psychiatric disorders requiring immediate treatment (such as psychiatric symptoms, substance dependence and suicide) and treatment with antidepressants or psychotherapy programs or psychological interventions Presence of severe life stressors (such as parental divorce or bereavement) History of participation in similar training courses in the past six months
