20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of End-Stage Renal Disease confirmed by the attending physician Willingness to participate in the study Age between 20 and 60 years Orientation to time and place (no consciousness disorders) At least three months have passed since the patient’s first hemodialysis session Ability to read and write, access to a smartphone, and ability to use social media platforms No cognitive, hearing, or visual impairments No participation in any educational programs within the past two months Be treated with hemodialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Be treated with Peritoneal Dialysis Be treated with Kidney Transplant treatment

MeasureTime frame
The level of treatment adherence will be measured using the End Stage Renal Disease Adherence Questionnaire The level of patient activation will be assessed using the Patient Activation Measure questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, one month later, and three months after the video-based and telephone-based education. Method of measurement: End Stage Renal Disease Adherence Questionnaire Patient Activation Measure questionnaire.
