Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 65 years82 BMI greater than 27 and less than 30 kg/m2 Follow-up up to 6 months after injection Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous botulinum treatment less than three months ago History of allergy to botulism, allergy to any of the ingredients in the Botox formulation History of gastrointestinal surgery, including obesity surgery Abnormal results of thyroid function tests (T3, T4 and TSH) Use of certain medications, including corticosteroids, aminoglycosides, spectinomycin, or anticoagulants History of cancer Receiving any weight loss treatment Having neuromuscular diseases Increased urea or creatinine levels Breastfeeding, positive pregnancy test Presence of any neoplastic lesions, polyps, or active gastric or duodenal ulcers
