Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of episodic migraine by a neurologist (at least 4 headache days per month) according to the international Headache Society (IHS) criteria Women aged between 18 and 50 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having conditions such as diabetes mellitus, other neurological disorders, systemic diseases such as fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, malignancy, osteoporosis, cervical radiculopathy and discopathy, or vertebral fracture Received nerve blocks and physiotherapy treatments in the past 6 months Severe physical and psychiatric limitations Having other primary and secondary headaches, such as medication overuse headaches Cervical spine instability and positive pre-manipulative tests Any cardiovascular disease such as arrhythmia, coronary artery disease, and hypertension
