Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and women with genuvarum between 45 and 70 years old Right knee is dominantly affected, in case of bilateral disease, pain from right to left is dominant External rotation of the tibia Distance between the medial femoral condyles is more than 3 cm HKA angle between 160 and 169 degrees on radiographs Diagnosis of medial knee OA grade 2 and 3 according to the Kellgren–Lawrence scale Medial knee pain according to the VAS scale is between 3 and 6
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiac, respiratory, and orthopedic diseases that limit participants' ability to walk Central or peripheral neurological diseases Osteoporosis (BMD -2.5>) Participants who have previously undergone knee replacement surgery or revision upper tibial osteotomy Injections in the previous months
