Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for ovarian failure of any cause willingness to participate in the study, no smoking, alcohol, or hookah ovarian failure due to any cause no use of estrogen or herbal medicines containing phytoestrogens in the last three months no severe stress such as sudden death of a first-degree family member in the past month no recognized mental disorder being literate married or unmarried women under 40 years of age no diseases such as hyperthyroidism, adrenal insufficiency with two FSH tests one month apart and above 25 MIU/ML and diagnosis confirmed by a gynecologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: use of hormone replacement therapy chronic mental illness
