Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Iranian nationality Married Reproductive age (15–49 years) not menopausal Owning a mobile phone with internet access Confirmed diagnosis of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection based on laboratory criteria Ability to communicate verbally in Persian Minimum literacy (reading and writing skills) to complete questionnaires At least 3 months post-pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of sexual dysfunction in the study participant (based on FSFI-6 score) Sexual dysfunction in the spouse Presence of genital warts Specific conditions in either the participant or spouse that prevent sexual intercourse Prior receipt of sexual education before the intervention Use of medications affecting sexual function in either partner Tobacco smoking, substance use, or illicit drug use in either partner Current pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy Presence of mental/psychological disorders in either partner Underlying medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory, or kidney diseases) or gynecological conditions that may affect sexual function. Diagnosis of other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), such as HIV
