Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorder based on the evaluation of a psychiatrist and psychologist Gender (girl) Do not undergo treatment or other psychological interventions while conducting the research. They should not suffer from a serious physical illness such as cancer. Has not taken any psychotropic medications (neuroleptics) during the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any significant psychological illness (such as personality disorder, major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.) Having any hormonal disorders, such as hypothyroidism or polycystic ovary syndrome

Children's anxiety. Timepoint: Children's anxiety lasts for two months before the intervention begins and after. Method of measurement: Spence Anxiety Inventory (2003): This questionnaire has 38 items that are answered on a Likert scale (never, sometimes, most of the time, always) and the responses are scored in order from 0 (never) to 3 (always). This questionnaire divides anxiety into separate disorders according to DSM-5.;Social competence. Timepoint: Social competence lasts for two months before the intervention begins and afterwards. Method of measurement: Social Competence Questionnaire (SCS-P, (1995)): The Social Competence Questionnaire-Parent Version is a 12-item scale that assesses a child's social behaviors, communication skills, and self-control.;Communication skills. Timepoint: Social skills before the intervention begins and for two months afterwards. Method of measurement: Barton Communication Skills Questionnaire (1990): The standard Barton Communication Skills Questionnaire (1990) is used for the communication skills variable. This questionnaire has 18 items that measure communication skills in 3 dimensions.;Courage. Timepoint: The courage exercise lasts for two months before the intervention begins and afterwards. Method of measurement: Gambrill and Ritchie's Assertiveness Questionnaire (1975): This questionnaire was used to determine the level of assertiveness of students. This questionnaire has 22 items in two parts, and each item indicates a situation that requires assertive behavior.;Self-esteem. Timepoint: Self-esteem before the intervention began and for two months afterward. Method of measurement: Cooper Smith Self-Esteem Questionnaire (1967): This questionnaire was developed to measure students' sense of worth in social and academic contexts.
