Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by the treating physician Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, or other serious medical conditions. Patients who do not adhere to prescribed medication. Patients who are taking multiple similar medications simultaneously.
