Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being enrolled in the first or second semester of a Bachelor of Nursing program Having a smartphone and successfully installing the application Not having participated in a similar training program previously Not being diagnosed with a known psychiatric disorder and not currently using psychiatric medications.
