Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 55 years. Diagnosing a medical diagnosis (according to DSM-5) by a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. under treatment with methadone for at least 1 month. Having a history of obsessive thoughts, suicidal thoughts or marital distress (with confirmation of a questionnaire and initial interview). Tendency to participate in therapy sessions and provide informed consent Having a partner in life (married or in long-term relationship).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a severe psychiatric disorder such as schizophrenia, bipolar I disorder, or borderline personality disorder (based on medical records or clinical interview). Having a cognitive impairment or mental disability that prevents you from understanding mindfulness therapy. History of suicide attempt in the past 6 months or active suicidal thoughts with intent and plan (requires immediate intervention and specialized treatment). Concomitant use of substances other than methadone within the past three months (based on a test or validated self-report). Currently involved in severe family crisis or domestic violence.
